This trail in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area is generally a flat surface that offers magnificent vistas of Navajo Mountain, the Kaiparowits Plateau, Clark Bench, Lone Rock and Lake Powell. There are 5.71 miles (9.2 km) in the trail network; 3.28 miles (5.3 km) consists of two-track and 2.43 miles (3.9 km) follows a single track. There are steep drop-offs on all sides.
CAUTION: Impassable when wet. High clearance 4-wheel drive advised.

Directions
From the intersection of Lake Powell Blvd. and North Navajo Drive, the trailhead is 14.59 miles (23.48 km) of which 6.09 miles (9.8 km) is dirt road. High clearance 4-wheel drive advised. Impassable when wet. Drive north and west on Lake Powell Blvd., merge onto HWY 89 north. Cross over Glen Canyon Dam. At mile 8.5 turn left onto dirt road. You will encounter an unlocked gate. Close gate behind you.
